| Camp Overview: | The University of North Carolina College ID Weekend Camp is designed to give players the opportunity to experience a NCAA Division 1 training environment, be evaluated by college coaches as well as get exposure to the University of North Carolina Men's Coaching Staff and other college coaches that make up the staff. The cost includes training sessions run by highly qualified collegiate coaches, recruiting lecture, training sessions and competitive matches. |
| Camp Schedule: |
Saturday, January 16 - 9:00 am - 9:30 am: Check-in at Finley Soccer Fields - 9:30 am - 11:30 am: Training Session 1 (Finley) - 11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Lunch on your own - 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Recruiting Lecture & Information on the UNC Men’s Soccer program (location tbd) - 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Training Session 2 / Small Sided Games (Finley) - 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Matches (Hooker Turf) Sunday, January 17 - 9:00 am – 9:30 am: Warm up with UNC Strength and Conditioning Coach (Finley) - 9:30 am – 11:30 am: Matches |
| Meals: | Meals and lodging are not provided. All lodging and meals are the responsibility of the player. |
| Safety & Hydration: | The camp will provide water and Gatorade and a certified athletic trainer at each session. |
| What to bring: | Water bottle, ball, shin-guards, and the proper training gear for all the sessions. |
| Refund & Cancellation Policy: |
Outside of 7 days prior to the start of camp: $50 non-refundable registration fee Within 7 days prior to the start of camp: $100 non-refundable registration fee On the day of camp: No refund unless there's a medical issue. A note from physician is required for refund. We must have a written note of cancellation emailed to info@uncsoccercamp.com. Please note that application deposits and fees are non-transferable. |
| Forms Required: | All campers must complete the Release Form and NCAA Compliance Attestation |
